Executive Leadership & Vision

Eryn Nichole Henry-Green—performing professionally as Eryn Green—is a multi-disciplinary visionary, veteran arts administrator, ordained minister, and master vocal pedagogist who seamlessly unifies elite musical performance with high-level entertainment business execution. Serving as the Founder and Executive Director of Verdant Royale Media LLC, she acts as the primary executive producer, composer, and lead vocalist behind North Texas’s most sophisticated luxury entertainment frameworks, including the bespoke wedding music agency We’re Playing Your Song™ and the flagship grand orchestra Rainbow Aria™.
Eryn’s immense artistic agility is anchored by a legendary American heritage, descending directly from a world-class genetic lineage that includes operatic soprano Kathleen Battle, jazz icon Phyllis Hyman, and celebrated stage actor Earle Hyman. This profound genetic and acoustic legacy was first recognized when Eryn was just seven years old, when her third-grade music teacher, Mrs. Bartlett, played a classical recording of the legendary soprano Leontyne Price. Having never seen the sheet music, Eryn’s rare, finely-tuned musical ear intuitively map-read the phrase, allowing her to sing the selection straight back to her instructor. This instinctual framework layout remained a foundational cornerstone of her development, driving her to amass a sweeping, lifelong subconscious vocal archive spanning Classical, Jazz, Reggae, Folk, Country, Rock, and Gospel.
Her formal technical pedigree includes extensive private vocal training at the Boston Conservatory under Merrill Shea, rigorous theatrical stage preparation in New York and Boston under legendary master acting teachers Gene Frankel and Peter Kelley, and jazz dance training at Northeastern University with Stathis Stratis. Backed by this rigorous background, Eryn has produced global digital streams and stage-managed massive, large-scale live productions at The Potter's House Dallas. She holds an M.S. in Entertainment Business and a B.S. in Digital Cinematography, and is completing an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Full Sail University—a rare combination of credentials that injects an unparalleled narrative and visual edge into independent media publishing.
As a competitive classical vocalist, Eryn made her debut at the prestigious American Traditions Competition for Singers in Savannah, Georgia—an elite national stage demanding ultimate multi-genre versatility. In her very first year under the lights, her vocal gift instantly commanded the room. Metropolitan Opera legend Blanche Thebom declared that she loved the way Eryn's vocals, "flowed freely whether performing Jazz or Classical," while Jazz legend Ronnie Wells celebrated her performance by proclaiming she possessed, "range galore."
After competing as a quarterfinalist for three consecutive years, Eryn realized that conventional preparation was insufficient to shatter the artistic glass ceiling. Returning to her roots, she codified the intuitive, somatic auditory protocol she had designed as a child—where she sat on the living room floor listening to compositions repetitively, transcribing the lyrics by hand, memorizing text line-by-line, and executing weeks of rigid rehearsal conditioning to achieve stylization—along with the professional voice, acting, and dance training she had since added, into a structured, repeatable framework.
Armed with this comprehensive methodology, she returned for her fourth year in the landmark season of 2000, completely shattering the ceiling to advance straight into the Semi-Finals, receiving a resounding standing ovation from her peers. Dr. Ysaye Maria Barnwell greeted Eryn at the door of the feedback room with a mother's pride, declaring that she believed Eryn had won the competition the moment she stepped on the stage. Dr. Barnwell turned to the legendary panel of adjudicators—which included icons William Warfield, Odetta, Shirley Jones, and George Shirley—asking if they agreed, and the panel responded with a unanimous, resounding consensus. It was fellow master adjudicator and legendary Broadway composer Charles Strouse who looked at Eryn and declared, "You are an amazing communicator. What do you want to do with your gift?"
The national educational division, the Holistic Triple Threat Institute (HTTI)™, is the definitive, structural answer to his question. Through virtual Masterclass Group Labs, HTTI moves voice educators across the United States beyond rigid text-reading to champion the brain's natural ability to isolate, mirror, and physically embody complex soundscapes. By layering her proprietary 4-part framework with or without traditional sight-reading fundamentals, Eryn empowers private studio coaches to eliminate performance anxiety and unlock flawless vocal freedom for their students, while generating turnkey wholesale revenue streams via her print-on-demand custom gear house, Verdant Boutique Royale™. Currently preparing to launch a 6-Song Cinematic Live Showcase from her upcoming Dallas Arts District white box studio, Eryn remains dedicated to erasing the myth of the starving artist, building sustainable workforce pipelines for local musicians, and cultivating holistic brand longevity across the modern media landscape.
Holistic Triple Threat Institute (HTTI)™
The Holistic Triple Threat Institute (HTTI)™ is the premier educational division of Verdant Royale Media LLC, designed to beautifully complement and enhance traditional vocal pedagogy. HTTI honors the incredible foundation that dedicated music educators build every day, offering our trademarked 4-Part framework, The HTTI Method™, as an additive, harmonious tool to accelerate artistic breakthrough and increase private studio revenue. Through Certified HTTE™ Credentials, we partner with voice teachers nationwide to seamlessly integrate our comprehensive, four-part training architecture:

-
The Deconstruction Isolation Protocol™ – Helps teach our voice educators to help their students master the memorization of their repertoire.
-
The Personal Stylization Process™ – Helps teach our voice educators to help their students master their own unique sound, as well as how to expand their range while protecting their instrument.
-
The Meisner-Inspired Authenticity Singing Method™ – Helps teach our voice educators to help their students shift their focus from fear and nerves on stage to communicating their repertoire authentically with their silent scene partner/the audience.
-
The Rhythmic Physicality Technique™ – Helps teach our voice educators to help their students to move their bodies naturally, as an extension of their emotionally honest and in-depth communication with the audience, within the preset boundaries of each song's rhythm.

This proprietary curriculum gently deconstructs the performance of a piece of repertoire, tapping into the human brain’s natural, intuitive ability to mirror, internalize, and physically embody complex soundscapes. By systematically isolating each core musical, styling, and physical element, the protocol allows the brain to comfortably master individual layers before seamlessly reassembling them into one harmonized, automated, and three-dimensional stage performance. Layering these specific somatic, physical, and psychological pillars alongside established technical and/or sight-reading fundamentals, coaches help their students step out of their technical minds during performances to achieve flawless vocal, emotional, and physical freedom with effortless multi-genre versatility.
